Working notes

Supervention is new. The person behind it has a history you can check.

We have just set up the company, and projects are already running on the founder’s personal Upwork profile. What we can show is his work, written as plain notes, and that public profile, which you can open and check for yourself. We are open to new work.

The Upwork profile is public, and Upwork keeps it, not us. Open it and read it yourself. Nothing beside it is rounded up.

On Upwork he appears as “Arun V.”, with Upwork’s identity-verified badge. The profile address comes from his personal website, arunverma.in. The numbers are his own record as a freelancer, not the company’s.

The notebook

Notes from the work, oldest first.

Each note is one thing built, with no client name. The pen draws down the page as you scroll. Pick a kind of work to light only those notes.

Four notes, one line. It fills in as you read.

    Today

    Supervention Private Limited

A new company, with projects already running on my own profile. The letter below says how I work and what I put in writing.

How I work

A letter, and five rules you can hold me to.

Pick a rule. The sentence in the letter that makes the promise lights up, and a link shows where on this site you can check it.

Hello. I am Arun Verma, founder and senior full-stack developer at Supervention. By my own count I have built web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, automation systems and AI solutions for more than ten years.

Supervention is a newly set-up company, and my projects are already running on my personal Upwork profile. I would rather say so plainly than hide it. What I can do is show you my work and how I work, and put it in writing.

Before anything starts, I write a proposal with the scope, the timeline and the quote. You pay nothing until you agree to it.

Once we start, you see working software every week, in a short demo. Not slides. If something is wrong, you tell me while it is still cheap to change.

When the project ends, the code, the accounts and the documentation are yours.

After launch, I fix problems for 30 days at no charge.

If a job needs a specialist, such as a security test, I will say so and bring in a specialist. If I am not the right fit for you, I will say that too.

Want to check something before you send a long brief? Write a short question. A person reads it, and the reply comes in 1 working day. A written proposal follows if you ask for one, and you pay nothing until you agree.
