Data and analytics

See your business numbers clearly, every day.

We gather the numbers from your sheets, accounting software, CRM and ad accounts into one place, then show them on dashboards your team can read in a minute. The dashboard below is an example, with sample numbers.

Good for

  • Business owners
  • Finance and operations teams
  • Sales and marketing teams

Questions your data should answer

Pick a team. Each one starts with a plain question, and the chart shows the kind of answer a dashboard gives. All charts show Example data.

Sales asks

Which source brings paying customers?

What the dashboard shows

Leads and paying customers side by side for each source, so you can see where your effort pays back.

Where the numbers come from

Your CRM or sheets, your website forms and your WhatsApp enquiries.

Three services that put your numbers in one place

Data engineering

Pipelines that bring data from all your systems into one place.

What it is

Your numbers sit in different places: accounting software, a CRM (where you keep leads and customers), your website, ad accounts and sheets. We build pipelines, which are small programs that collect the data on a schedule, tidy it and save it in one organised place. After that, every report starts from the same clean numbers.

Good fit if…the same number is different in two places, or someone rebuilds a report by hand every week.

What you get

  • A map of every data source and who owns it
  • Pipelines that collect and tidy your data on a schedule you agree
  • One central store for your data, in an account you own
  • Checks, alerts and a run log, so you hear when something breaks
  • A plain guide to what each field means

Step through it

How your data travels

Numbers start in your everyday tools and end as a decision. Press Play, or pick a stop, to follow one number all the way along.

Stop 1 · Your systems

Where your numbers live today

Your accounting software, CRM, website forms, ad accounts and sheets each hold a piece of the picture.

What we deliver here

A map of every source, who owns it and what it can give us. Access is agreed with you in writing.

ExampleFollow one order

Order 3318 is saved in your order system. The payment sits in your accounting software. The ad click that brought the customer sits in Google.

Marketing tracking and analytics

Marketing tracking, explained

An ad platform only knows a click happened. It does not know which clicks later became paying customers, unless someone tells it. Switch between the two ways of running ads and watch what changes.

  1. Someone clicks your ad

On Google or Meta. The ad platform sees this click.

  2. They become a lead

They fill in a form or message you on WhatsApp. Your tracking notes which ad brought them.

  3. They become a sale

Days later they pay. This happens in your CRM or order system, where the ad platforms cannot see it.

  4. The sale is reported back

Not sent. Google and Meta never hear about the sale.

    GoogleMeta

Ads optimised for clicksThe ads learn from clicks.

What Google and Meta are told

Someone clicked. Nothing about what happened after the click.

Who the ads then look for

More people who are likely to click, including people who never buy.

What your reports show

Plenty of clicks and leads, but they do not match the sales your team sees. It is hard to say which ad paid.

What is sent back, and with what consent, is agreed in writing before we start. We follow India's data protection law (DPDP). If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each.

How the work runs on a data project

Six steps, in this order. You see working numbers early, not only at the end, and we show progress at a weekly demo. Your written proposal gives the exact timeline before any work starts.

  1. KPI workshop

We sit with the people who use the numbers and agree a short list of what matters. Each one gets a plain definition, for example what counts as a lead.

    You receive

A one-page list of your numbers, each with a definition and an owner.

  2. Audit your data sources

We look at every place your data lives, check what is complete and what is messy, and note who owns it.

    You receive

A source map and a short note on data quality: what we can use now, and what needs fixing first.

  3. Build the pipeline

We connect the sources, tidy the data and load it into one central store. Every run is tested and monitored.

    You receive

Working pipelines with tests, alerts and a run log, and a plain guide to every field.

  4. Dashboards

We build in small steps and show a working version at each weekly demo. You say what to change, and we check the totals against your books.

    You receive

Dashboards for each team, with filters and access by role.

  5. Training

We show your team how to read, filter and share the dashboards, and how to ask for a change.

    You receive

A live session, and a one-page guide for each dashboard.

  6. Monthly checks

On a care plan, we check each month that the pipelines ran, the numbers still match your books, and nothing broke when a source changed.

    You receive

A short monthly report, plus fixes and small changes.

What you own, and what we need from you

What you own

  • The code, your accounts and the documentation, all handed over to you
  • Your data stays yours, and the central store sits in an account in your name
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch
  • An NDA, if you ask for one
  • A signed data processing agreement, and the country or region of your servers agreed in writing

What we need from you

  1. One person who knows how your numbers are counted, for example what makes a lead real
  2. Read access to the systems that hold your data, agreed in writing before we start
  3. A sample of real data, such as a recent month of sales or a few exports
  4. A short slot each week to look at the demo and say what to change
  5. A decision on who may see which numbers

Build it once, and build it properly

A fixed scope, from the first workshop to training. Before any work, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote, at no cost until you agree.

  • A weekly demo, so you see numbers on screen early
  • Everything handed over: code, accounts and documentation
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch
  • Fits a first pipeline, a first dashboard or a first tracking set-up

Monthly care plan

We check the numbers every month

Sources change. A sheet gets a new column, a form is edited, an ad account is reorganised. On a care plan we watch your pipelines and dashboards each month, so the numbers keep matching your books.

  • A monthly check that every run finished and totals still match
  • Fixes, and small changes to dashboards or tracking
  • A short monthly report on what ran and what changed
  • Available for dashboards and for marketing tracking

Sheets, tools, speed and privacy

Seven things data buyers ask us. Did not find yours? Ask in the box at the bottom of the page.

Our data lives in sheets. Can we still start?

Yes. A first dashboard can start from your sheets. We connect them, check the columns on every run, and warn you when a column is renamed or deleted, so a small edit does not quietly break a report.

Power BI, Looker Studio or a custom dashboard?

We choose with you in the KPI workshop. Looker Studio suits teams who live in Google tools. Power BI suits teams who live in Microsoft tools. A custom dashboard suits you if you need your own logins, your own look, or want to show numbers to customers. We choose by your tools and your team.

How fresh are the numbers?

It depends on the source and on what you need. Each dashboard shows when it last updated, and the refresh time for each number is agreed in the written proposal.

Who can see what?

Access is set by role. For example, the sales team sees sales, finance sees invoices, and owners see everything. We agree the roles with you before the first dashboard goes live. The accounts stay in your name, so you can change who has access at any time.

How do you handle customer data and privacy law?

We follow India’s data protection law (DPDP) and sign a data processing agreement with you. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each. On request, your data stays in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India, and we sign an NDA. Before we start, we agree in writing which customer fields we pull and which stay out.

How long does a first dashboard take?

The written proposal shows the timeline before any work starts. It is shorter when the data is already in one place. If we first need to build a pipeline, the proposal shows the timeline for both parts. You see progress at the weekly demo.

What if the numbers do not match our books?

We check dashboard totals against your books or system reports while we build, and write down any difference and its reason. Two systems often count in different ways, for example by the date of an invoice or the date of payment. On a monthly care plan, we repeat the check every month.

Tell us which number you cannot see today

Describe it in a sentence. A senior engineer replies with how we would get it onto one screen, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote. No cost until you agree.
