All times use standard time. When your clocks go forward or back for daylight saving, the overlap moves by one hour, because India does not change its clocks. During a project, the reply time is written in your proposal.

How contracts work
- Settled: We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, before you share anything sensitive.
- Settled: You own the code, the accounts and the documentation.
- Settled: We follow India’s data protection law (DPDP). On request we sign a data processing agreement and keep your data in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each.
