CRM, ERP and accounting that talk to each other.

A typical business keeps its leads in one tool, its invoices in another and its attendance in a sheet, and someone retypes between them. We set up the tools, move your old data across, and connect each one to the next.

Good for

  • Sales teams
  • Accounts teams
  • HR and admin teams
  • We work with Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Tally, Zoho Books and Odoo.
  • A written proposal with scope, timeline and quote comes before any work, at no cost until you agree.

The tools of a typical business

Not connected. Someone retypes the same details from tool to tool.

Five tools of a typical business. Press a tool to see what we do for it. The Connect button joins them with lines.

  • Website to CRM: not connected, so someone retypes it by hand.
  • CRM to WhatsApp: not connected, so someone retypes it by hand.
  • CRM to Accounts: not connected, so someone retypes it by hand.
  • HR and payroll to Accounts: not connected, so someone retypes it by hand.

Good fit if…your leads sit in sheets, phones and WhatsApp chats, and nobody can say who followed up with whom.

CRM implementation

Zoho CRM, HubSpot or LeadSquared set up for your sales process.

What it is

A CRM (customer relationship management tool) is where your team keeps leads, customers and follow-ups, so nothing lives in a notebook or a chat. We set it up around the way your team really sells, move your lead list in, and teach your people to use it.

What you get

  • A CRM set up around your sales steps, fields and users
  • Rules that share out new leads and remind people to follow up
  • Your existing leads and customers cleaned and imported
  • Connections from your website forms and to WhatsApp
  • Simple reports for your sales manager: leads, follow-ups and stages
  • Training for your team, a how-to guide and documentation

On the map, it connects to

  • Website → CRM
  • CRM → WhatsApp
  • CRM → Accounts

WhatsApp becomes part of the CRM, not a separate phone

Your CRM talks to customers on WhatsApp and keeps every reply on the lead. Done through CRM implementation.

Connection recipes · Example flows

Three connection recipes, one hand-off at a time

Each recipe is an Example of how one tool hands work to the next. Pick one, then step through it to see who checks each hand-off and what could go wrong. Your own recipes are written with you in step 1.

Someone fills in your website form. The lead reaches the right salesperson, and the customer gets a first reply on WhatsApp, with no one retyping.

The form creates a lead

The enquiry form sends the name, phone number, what they asked for and the page they came from. The CRM saves it as a new lead.

Who checks

A rule, not a person. It checks the phone number is complete and looks for the same person already in the CRM.

What could go wrong

The same customer fills the form twice, or types a wrong number.

How we catch it

Repeat enquiries are matched on phone and email and joined to the old record. A number that fails the check is flagged on the lead, not lost.

Hand-off 1 of 4: The form creates a lead

Your old data comes with you, and we check it on the way

Moving data is where many projects go wrong, so it has its own five steps. Step through them and watch the data health panel. The numbers in it are an Example.

Step 1 of 5

List what you have

We list every place your data lives today: sheets, Tally, an old CRM, WhatsApp contacts, even paper registers. For each one we note who owns it, how current it is and where it should end up.

You do

Tell us where the data lives and share a copy. We sign an NDA first if you ask.

You receive

A data list: each source, its owner, its size and where it goes.

We follow India's data protection law (DPDP) and sign a data processing agreement. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each. On request, your data stays in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India, and we sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Six steps from a process map to a team that knows its tools

Every step lists what you receive. Your written proposal shows the exact timeline before any work starts.

  1. Map your process

We sit with the people in sales, accounts and HR and draw how work moves today: who types what, in which tool, and where it waits. Together we agree what each tool is the main source for.

    You receive

A one-page map of your tools and hand-offs, and an agreed list of what to connect first.

  2. Set up

We set up the CRM, the accounts or ERP tool and the HR tools in your own accounts, with your stages, fields, users and permissions. You see it working in weekly demos.

    You receive

A working test setup in accounts that belong to you, shown to you every week.

  3. Import data

We list, clean and load your old data into the test setup, then check it against your old system. It follows the five steps in the stepper above.

    You receive

The imported data, a check sheet, and a list of anything held back.

  4. Connect the tools

We build each connection from the recipes you chose and test it with real examples. Every connection has a person who checks it, and a list for anything that fails.

    You receive

Working connections, a failed-items list, and the rules for who checks what.

  5. Train

Each team learns on its own data: sales on the CRM, accounts on the review step, HR on attendance and payroll.

    You receive

Training sessions, a short how-to guide for each team, and full documentation.

  6. Support

We go live with a person checking the first runs. After that, a monthly plan can look after the connections as your tools and process change.

    You receive

30 days of free fixes, and the code, accounts and documentation handed over to you.

What you own, and what we need from you

Yours to keep

  • The CRM, accounts and HR tool accounts, in your company's name
  • The setup, the connections and any code we write
  • Your data, including the cleaned copy and the import check sheet
  • Documentation, and training material for your team

What we need from you

  1. One person each from sales, accounts and HR who know how work runs today, for a short time each week at the start.
  2. Copies of your current data: lead lists, Tally or Zoho Books data, employee and attendance sheets. We sign an NDA first if you ask.
  3. Admin access to the tools involved, or a test copy of them.
  4. Your decision on the rules: who approves what, and who checks each hand-off.
  5. The people who will use the tools, in the training sessions.
  6. For WhatsApp: a phone number for your WhatsApp Business account.

Ways to work: a project first, care after if you want it

Start with a project. Add a monthly plan once the tools are live, or begin with an assessment if you are not sure which software to choose. No prices here: your quote comes in the written proposal.

Project

Set up and connect your tools, end to end

A fixed scope from process map to go-live. Before any work, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote, at no cost until you agree.

  • Weekly demos while we build
  • Your data checked against your old system before go-live
  • Code, accounts and documentation handed over to you
  • 30 days of free fixes after go-live

Monthly care plan

Keep the connections healthy after go-live

Tools get new versions and your process changes. A monthly plan keeps the connections working.

  • Monitoring of the connections, with an alert when a hand-off fails
  • Fixes and small changes each month
  • A monthly report of what ran, what failed and what it cost
  • WhatsApp message usage billed at cost and shown in that report

Questions about CRM, accounts and HR tools

Did not find your answer? Ask us in the box below.

Should we use Zoho, HubSpot or LeadSquared?

We set up all three. The right one depends on how many people will use it, how your leads arrive, and what it must connect to, such as your website, WhatsApp and accounts. We give you a recommendation with the reasons in writing before we start. If you are still choosing, an IT consulting assessment can settle it first.

Tally, Zoho Books or Odoo: which one is right for us?

If your accountant already works well in Tally or Zoho Books, we connect to it instead of replacing it. Odoo is a full business suite that also covers stock, purchases and orders, so it suits teams that want one system for more than accounts. We never ask you to change tools just to connect them.

Can our own staff manage it afterwards?

Yes, that is the aim. Everything is set up in accounts in your company's name, each team is trained on its own data, and you get documentation. Your people can then add users, change fields and run reports themselves. For bigger changes you can ask us for a written quote, or add a monthly plan.

What if we change software later?

You own the data, the setup and the documentation, so you are not locked in. Connections are written down tool by tool, so changing one tool means re-pointing its connections, not starting again. We quote that work in writing before we begin.

What happens to our old data?

We list where it lives, clean it, load it into a test copy and check it against your old system before the real import. Records that do not fit are held back with a reason, not forced in. Your old system stays as it is until you are happy, and we agree this in writing before we start. We follow India's data protection law (DPDP), sign a data processing agreement, and on request keep your data in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. We connect your WhatsApp Business account to the CRM, so messages go out when something happens and customers' replies are saved on their record. You need a phone number for the WhatsApp Business account. Message usage is billed at cost and shown in the monthly report. For automatic replies and chat agents, see WhatsApp business automation and AI agents.

Who buys the Zoho, HubSpot or Tally licences?

The software subscriptions are in your company's name, so the accounts are yours. Your written proposal lists which ones the setup needs, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Connected tools usually raise three more jobs. Each has its own page.

Tell us which tools should talk to each other

Describe it in a sentence. A senior engineer replies with how we would connect them, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote. No cost until you agree.
