A fixed price for a project
From a written proposal: the scope (what is in and what is not), the timeline and the quote. No cost until you agree.
We do not guess a price from a menu, because no two projects are the same. Turn the six dials: they show what changes the price, so a quote makes sense when you get one. Every dial starts in the middle. There are no prices on this page.
A handful of jobs: sign in, a main area, and an admin side for your team.
People outside your company use it on their own phones. It must be clear and safe without any help.
It talks to one or two other tools, such as WhatsApp, Tally or a payment service.
Screens drawn around how your users work.
AI helps with one task, such as drafting a reply, and a person checks the result.
We watch it and fix it every month, with a simple monthly report.

Biggest push: Screens and features
A guide to the shape of a project, not a quote. We write the quote after reading your brief.
Some of it is paid to us. Some goes to others. And some is yours to make smaller. Move a dial above and watch which lane it pushes.
Turn a dial in the first section. The lane it pushes will glow here.
Our fee, set in your written quote. You pay nothing until you agree.
From a written proposal: the scope (what is in and what is not), the timeline and the quote. No cost until you agree.
Monitoring, fixes, small updates and a simple monthly report, for software that is already running. The notice period is agreed in writing before we start.
Engineers from our team work inside your own product team. Team size and hours are agreed in writing before we start.
Not sure what to build? We study your idea or your software and write down a plan. The length and the fee are agreed in writing before we start.
Not part of our quote. Each one is explained in writing before we start.
We bill it at cost and show it in the monthly report. It grows or shrinks with how much your system is used.
Servers, your web address and software licences are paid to accounts that are yours, so they stay yours.
Whether tax such as GST or VAT is added to a quote, and how it shows on your invoice, is written in your proposal.
None of them cut corners. Tick the ones you plan to do, and the dials above will remind you.
Build only the one thing that proves your idea, then add the rest after real users tell you what they need.
Put good ideas that are not needed yet on a list, not into the build, so they are ready for the next stage.
Use a ready login or payment service where it fits, and we will tell you where it will not.
Approve clickable screens before we build, because changing a drawing is quick and changing a finished screen is slow.
End each stage with something that works, so you can pause, change course or stop and still have something useful.
Pick a question. The answer opens below.
For a project, yes. After we read your brief, we send a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and the quote. You pay nothing until you agree. Monthly care plans and dedicated developers are billed monthly. The billing terms are written in your proposal.
