Free project brief

Six answers make a one-page brief.

Answer in a few words each. The sheet beside you writes itself as you go. Keep it, print it, give it to any developer, or send it to us. Nothing is sent from this page; your answers stay here until you send the contact form.

  1. Why we ask. One plain sentence is enough. It tells us whether this is something new, a fix, or a job to automate.

Send it to us

The brief is plain text, so it works with any developer. You do not have to send it to us. Send it to us opens the contact form with your brief already copied, so paste it into the message box.

  • Best way and time to reach us to confirm

This is a brief, not a quote or an agreement. We would like a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote, with no cost until we agree.

After you press send

What happens after you send it

No cost until you agree. Nothing starts before you say yes to a written proposal.

  1. You send it

Press Send it to us. The contact form opens and your brief is already copied, so paste it into the message box and add how to reach you. Blanks marked “to confirm” are fine.

  2. We read it

We go through each section and note what is clear and what is still open. If your brief is sensitive, ask for an NDA before you send details.

  3. We reply within 1 working day

A short note: what we understood, and the few questions we still need answered. No cost so far.

  4. You get a written proposal

Scope, timeline and quote, in writing. No cost until you agree.
