A project is different. Before any project there is a written proposal. If you agree, a written agreement follows. That agreement, not this page, governs the project.

These terms cover your use of the website, nothing more. If we work on a project together, a written proposal comes first and then a written agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs the project.

You are welcome to read the site, try the examples and demos, and write to us. Please use it honestly and within the law.

Please do not try to break the site, overload it, or reach any part you were not given access to.

When you send us a message, tell us the truth, and only share what you have a right to share. Our forms do not ask for card numbers, government ID numbers or passwords, so please do not send them.

What we do with what you send is in the privacy policy.

Demos, sample documents, calculators and the numbers inside them are examples. They are made up or simplified to show you how something works.

We make no promises about examples. An example is not an offer, and it does not mean a real system would work the same way for your business.

A project starts with a written proposal. If you agree, a written agreement follows. Nothing on this site takes the place of them.

The content of this website is ours. You can read it and share links to it. Please ask us before you copy or republish it.

What you send us is yours. We use it to answer you, as the privacy policy explains.

Our pages link to other sites, such as Upwork, supervention.ai, arunverma.in and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. We do not run them and we are not responsible for them. They have their own rules.

We may change these terms. The date they were last updated is shown at the top of this page. This version is dated 19 October 2026.

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India that have jurisdiction over our registered office, which is shown in the footer of every page.

If something goes wrong, please tell us first. The grievance page shows who to write to. We acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and answer within 15 working days.
