Company websites, online stores, customer logins and the design behind them. Built by senior engineers, shown to you every week, and checked on real phones before launch.
UX is how a product works. UI is how it looks. We find out what people need to do, sketch the screens and test them with real users before anyone builds.
What you get
A map of what users do, step by step
Clickable wireframes: plain grey screens you can tap through
Finished screens for phone and desktop
A short test with real users, and what we learned
A style guide, and files ready for developers

Project + monthly support
Good fit if your team answers “where is my order?” calls all day, or partners keep asking for the same documents.
Drag the slider to move one screen, an order-tracking page, from a pencil sketch to a live app. At each stage you review one thing and say yes before we go on.

Pencil on paper: boxes, arrows and scribbles.
Easy to change: an eraser, not a rebuild.
Sample screen made up for this page. It is not a real order.
Check before launch
Fast, readable, easy for everyone
Many of your visitors use a mid-range phone on a mobile network. Some use a keyboard or a screen reader. These are the things we check before every launch. Tick one to see what it means in plain words.

Speed on mobile networks
The first screen shows quickly on a mid-range phone
What it means
Many visitors use a phone that is not new, on a slow network. A page that takes too long loses them before they read a word.
How we check it
We test on a mid-range phone with the network slowed down, and agree a target time for the first screen with you. You see the result before launch.
A checklist, not a promise of a perfect score. We share what we found before launch.
For stores
Pay, ship, invoice: a store set up for where you sell.
One order travels a long way: from a tap on a phone to a parcel at the door and a bill in your accounts. Every store we build covers the whole trip.
Step 1 of 4
They pay
The payment methods your customers use, such as UPI in India or cards and local methods elsewhere, through your own gateway account.
Step 2 of 4
You ship
Delivery charges by area, your courier set up, and tracking links for customers.
Step 3 of 4
The invoice is made
A tax invoice for every order (GST in India, VAT or sales tax elsewhere), with the tax shown on the bill.
Step 4 of 4
They are told
Order confirmations and delivery updates reach the customer.
Three ways to build the store
Shopify
A ready-made store service that you rent. It is the quickest to open, and it looks after hosting and updates for you.
Best when you want to start selling soon with a standard store.
Keep in mind You work inside its rules, and you pay for its plan every month.
WooCommerce
A free store add-on for WordPress sites. You host it yourself, so you control more.
Best when you already have a WordPress site, or want your pages and shop together.
Keep in mind Someone must look after hosting and updates. That can be us, on a monthly care plan.
Custom store
A store built from scratch to your exact rules.
Best when your pricing, stock or ordering does not fit a standard store.
Keep in mind It takes the longest to build, and every change is development work.
Which one fits? Three questions.
A starting point only. We confirm the choice with you in the written proposal.
1Do you want to start selling quickly, with a standard store layout?
2Do you already have a WordPress website that you want to keep?
3Does your selling need special rules, such as unusual pricing or a live link to your own stock software?
Your suggestion
Answer all three to see which one fits.

Six steps from first call to launch day.
Each step ends with something you can see and approve. Your written proposal gives the timeline for your project.
1
Discovery and proposal
We ask who will use it and what they need to do. If you have a site today, we look at it.
You receive: A written proposal with scope, timeline and quote. No cost until you agree.
2
Sitemap and words
We list every page and what it must say, then draft the text with you.
You receive: A sitemap and draft text for each page, to correct and approve.
3
Design
Sketches, then clickable wireframes, then finished screens for phone and desktop.
You receive: Designs you can open on your own phone, and a simple style guide.
4
Build
We build in weekly steps and show a demo each week.
You receive: A working preview link that grows every week.
5
Test on phones
We try it on real phones, on a slow connection, with a keyboard and with a screen reader.
You receive: A short note of what we checked and fixed.
6
Launch and train
We set up your domain and hosting, go live, and show your team how to edit.
You receive: The live site, a short how-to guide and 30 days of free fixes.
Real screens, every week
From the build step on, you get a weekly demo of the working site, not slides. You can open the preview on your own phone between demos.
What you own, and what we need from you.
You own
The code and the design files
Your domain name and hosting account, in your company’s name
Your content, product data and customer data
Documentation, so another team could take over
30 days of free fixes after launch
We need from you
1One person who can decide and approve each stage, for a short time each week
2Your logo, brand colours and any photos you already have
3Text and product details, or time to review what we draft
4Access to your domain, payment and shipping accounts (we help you open them)
5Quick feedback at each weekly demo
The code, accounts and documents are yours.
Two ways to work with us.
Every option starts with a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote. No cost until you agree.
Project
We design and build one website, store or portal with a fixed scope and timeline. You see working screens every week.
Used for: website design and development, UI and UX design, and the first build of a store or a portal.
Monthly care plan
After launch we look after your store or portal every month: fixes, updates and small changes, with a short note of what we did.
Used for: e-commerce development, and customer and partner portals. Both are a project plus monthly support.
Questions
Did not find your answer? Ask us in the form below.
Who writes the words for the website?
Usually both of us. You know your business; we know how to make a page easy to read. You approve every page before it is built, and if you have a writer, we design around their text. If you would like help with the words, the written proposal says what we can do and how it is quoted.
Can we edit the website ourselves?
Yes. We set it up so your team can change text, pictures, products and pages without a developer, and we train your team before launch. A new page layout or feature still needs a designer or developer. Ask us for that as a small project, or under a monthly care plan.
Who looks after hosting and the domain name?
Both are opened in your company’s name, so you own them. We can set them up for you, and a monthly care plan covers fixes and updates. Managed hosting is part of our Cloud and DevOps services. If your data has to stay in a particular country, such as India, we can arrange that.
Should we redesign the site, or just fix it?
It depends on what is wrong. If a few things are broken or out of date, a fix is enough. If the site is slow, hard to use on a phone or hard to update, a redesign usually serves you better. We look at your current site first, and the written proposal says which one we suggest and why.
Will the website rank on Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking, so be careful of anyone who does. We build the basics that search engines look for: fast pages, clear titles and descriptions, headings in order, a sitemap file and pages that work on phones. Ranking also depends on your words, your competitors and time. To track which searches and ads bring buyers, see our Data and analytics page.
How many rounds of changes do we get?
The rounds for each stage are written in your proposal before we start. Because you see a demo every week, problems show up early. A change outside the agreed scope is quoted before we do it, so you decide first.
How is customer data kept safe on forms and portals?
We follow India’s data protection law (DPDP) and sign a data processing agreement. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each. Portals use secure logins, and each person sees only their own records. We can keep data in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India. The exact safeguards for your project are set out in writing before we start.
