Where your data goes, and who can touch it.
Follow one piece of customer data from the moment someone types it in to the day it is deleted or handed to you. At every stop we say what we do, and what we put in writing.
Six stops. Four answers at each one.
- What happens hereIn plain words.
- What we doThe work on our side.
- What we put in writingSo it is more than a promise.
- Ask us to prove itWhat you can ask to see.

Each stop opens four short answers. With a keyboard, press Tab to reach the path, then use the arrow keys to move along it.
Your customer types it in
A customer fills in a form, sends a message or signs in.
What happens here
A customer types a name, a phone number or an order into your form, your app or a WhatsApp chat. From this moment, their personal data is your responsibility.
What we do
We follow India’s data protection law (DPDP). If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each. We go through the form with you: what it asks for, and why. How the data is protected on its way is written down for your project before we start.
What we put in writing
A data processing agreement, signed with you. It sets out what personal data we handle for you, and why.
Ask us to prove it
Ask to see the exact words on the form and the list of details it collects.

An AI agent that knows when to pass you to a person.
Every AI agent we build has rules for when to stop and hand over to a person. Around those rules sit five habits.
- Rules for handing over to a personEach agent has written rules for when it stops and passes the chat or call to one of your team.
- A test set before launchBefore an agent talks to your customers, we run it against a set of questions and fix what fails.
- Monitoring after launchEvery system ships with monitoring, tests and human checks. For an agent, that includes its answers.
- Usage recordsAI, WhatsApp and calling usage is billed at cost and shown in your monthly report.
- Provider data handling, in writingHow each AI provider handles your data is set out in writing before we start.
A made-up chat to show the idea. Your agent’s real rules are written with you before launch.
