Monthly
Good fit if AI already talks to your customers or staff, and you want someone watching it.
AI can make mistakes, so nothing we build runs unattended. Every AI system ships with monitoring, tests and human checks, working together in a loop.
1The AI actsIt answers, books, drafts or predicts, only inside the rules and tools you agree to.
2Monitoring watchesConversations and results are logged. Alerts reach us when something looks wrong.
3Tests checkBefore every change, and every month, we run it against real examples to catch mistakes early.
4A person approvesAnything risky, unclear or new, like a discount, goes to a person on your team first. Every AI agent has rules for handing over.
How a project runs, step by step
We always start with one use case, not ten.
1
Pick one use case
We agree on one task worth doing first, such as replying to site-visit enquiries, and how we will measure it.
You receiveA one-page plan: the task, the goal and how we measure it.
2
Data and access
You share sample data and access to the tools it must use. We sign an NDA on request, and a data processing agreement.
You receiveA data and access checklist, and the signed agreement.
3
Build and test with real examples
We build the first version and test it on your real past messages, documents or records.
You receiveWeekly demos, and a test report showing what it got right and wrong.
4
Pilot with your team
A small group uses it for real work, and a person checks its work before anything goes out.
You receiveA pilot report, and a short list of fixes before going live.
5
Go live with monitoring
It goes live with alerts, logs and handover rules switched on, and we train your team.
You receiveDocumentation, training and a go-live checklist.
6Every month
Improve every month
We read the logs, run the tests again and improve answers as your business changes.
You receiveA monthly report, with AI usage billed at cost.
Data and privacy
Your data, explained.
Before we build anything, you know what the AI sees, where your data lives and who can reach it.
What the AI sees
Only what the task needs. A booking agent sees the chat and your free slots, not your accounts.
Where it is stored
In a cloud account we agree with you. On request, your data stays in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India.
Who can access it
The people you name and the engineers on your project, listed in writing before we start.
Consent and privacy law
We follow India's data protection law (DPDP) and sign a data processing agreement. If other rules apply to you, we set out in writing what we do for each. Notices and consent are built into the chat or form where data is collected.
How AI providers handle it
Which AI providers your system uses, and how each one handles your data, is set out in writing before we start.
Data sheetWhatsApp agent for site visitsExample
Sees
Chat messages, name, phone number and free visit slots
Never sees
Payments, bank details or your accounts
Stored in
A cloud account agreed with you. On request, in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India
Access
The people you name, and our project engineers
AI provider
Named in writing before we start, with how it handles your data
Kept for
How long it is kept is agreed in writing, then it is deleted
Consent
A notice and consent in the first message
Privacy lawAgreed with you in writing before we start, alongside the data processing agreement.
Quick check
Is AI right for you?
Four yes or no questions, and we suggest where to start. A quick guide, not a diagnosis.
1Do customers ask you the same questions every day?
2Do you have documents or data that people search through?
3Do enquiries arrive outside office hours?
4Do you know which task wastes the most time?
Your suggestion
Answer all four questions to see where to start.

We will point you to AI agents, a generative AI tool, or the AI readiness assessment, with a short reason.
What you own, and what we need from you.
You own
The code, prompts and settings that make your AI work
The accounts for your AI and messaging tools, in your company's name
Your data and the conversation logs
Documentation, and the test examples we use to check the AI
30 days of free fixes after launch
We need from you
1One person who knows the task well, for a short time each week
2Real examples: past chats, FAQs, documents or records
3Access to the tools it must use, such as your CRM, calendar or WhatsApp Business account
4Your rules: what the AI may do alone, and when it must hand over to a person
5Quick feedback from your team during the pilot
Ways to work with us.
Every option starts with a written proposal with scope, timeline and quote. No cost until you agree.
Project
We build one agent, AI tool or model with a fixed scope and timeline, and show you working software every week.
Used for: AI agents, generative AI applications, machine learning models.
Monthly care plan
We monitor, test and improve your AI every month and send a plain report. AI usage is billed at cost and shown in it.
Used for: AI care and governance, and support after any project.
Assessment
A short, fixed piece of work that ends in a ranked plan with costs, so you know where AI helps first.
Used for: the AI readiness assessment.
Questions
Did not find your answer? Ask us in the form below.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
It can happen, so we plan for it. Every AI agent has rules for handing over to a person, and anything risky waits for a person to approve. Monitoring and monthly tests catch mistakes, and we fix them. During the pilot, a person checks its work before anything goes out.
What does AI usage cost?
AI providers charge for each message, call or document processed. We bill this usage at cost and show it in your monthly report. Your proposal includes an estimate based on how many messages or documents you expect.
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
Before we start, we set out in writing which AI providers your system will use and how each one handles your data, including whether it can be used to train their models. So you decide with the facts in front of you.
Does it work in languages other than English?
English and Hindi. For other languages, including Indian regional languages and the languages of your customers, we first test with your real messages and show you how well it works before you decide.
How much data do we need?
For AI agents and document tools, your FAQs, price lists, policies and a sample of past chats or documents are usually enough to start. Prediction models need a good history of records, and we check yours first. If you are not sure, the readiness assessment checks what you have.
Can it work with our existing CRM?
Usually, yes. We connect to CRMs such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot and LeadSquared, and to tools like Google Sheets, through their official connections. If your CRM cannot connect, we say so in the written proposal, before any work starts.
