Example industry

A day in a small clinic.

Drag the marker through an ordinary day, from before the doors open to late evening. At each moment you see what is going on, what often goes wrong, and what software could do about it.

Example. Everything on this page is written by us to show how an industry page works. It says what we would do, not what we have done.

Example day

Move the marker. The day changes with it.

Drag the lime marker, press the left and right arrow keys, or pick a moment below.

Now, in the example clinicFront desk: Busy
9:00 amDoors open

The line shows how busy the front desk gets. It is an Example shape, not measured. A small dot on a moment means the build you have open further down would help there.

Example · moment 2 of 8

The doors open and the desk fills

9:00 am to 11:30 amFront desk: Busy
What is going on

Patients with appointments and walk-ins arrive together. The desk checks people in, takes their details and answers the phone.

What often goes wrong

Details go on paper slips that get lost. Two people get the same slot. Waiting patients cannot tell how long it will take.

What software could do

One booking list that the desk, the doctor and the patient all see. Check-in on a phone or a small screen, and a “who is next” view for the desk.

Example: the times, the moments and the problems are written by us to show how the page works. They are not from a client.

Example order

Three things we would build first, and why in this order.

Open one to read it. Only one stays open at a time.

What it does

Patients book on WhatsApp or a web page. The desk sees one list. Reminders go out the day before and on the morning, with a link to move the slot. WhatsApp usage is billed at cost and shown in the monthly report.

Why it comes here

It is the part every patient meets, and the part that takes the most desk time. It is also the smallest piece to build, so you see it working first.

What you get

A working booking list and reminders, a demo every week while we build, and a handover of the code, accounts and documents. You own all three.

What we would ask you for

Your slot rules: which doctors sit when, how long a visit lasts, and what happens when someone is late.

How long

A small automation usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A full booking app takes longer, and most apps take 6 to 16 weeks. Your written proposal gives the exact timeline.

What it does

We would scan old files and read them into one searchable place, with a person checking anything unclear. The desk sees contact details. The doctor sees the history. Each person sees only what their job needs.

Why it comes here

It needs consent and care, so it comes after the first win. Once records are in one place, reminders and reports can use them.

What you get

A searchable record store, a short guide for your staff, and a handover of the code, accounts and documents. You own all three.

What we would ask you for

A few sample files, who may see what, and how you ask patients for consent today.

How long

Most apps take 6 to 16 weeks. The amount of old paper is one thing that changes it. Your written proposal gives the exact timeline.

What it does

We would join the booking and billing records into one dashboard that you open each morning. It shows the busy hours, the waiting times and the day’s payments, so you can plan staff and slots.

Why it comes here

It needs a few weeks of real records before it says anything useful. So it comes after booking is running.

What you get

A live dashboard, a one-page guide to reading it, and a handover of the code, accounts and documents. You own all three.

What we would ask you for

The five numbers you would open first each morning.

How long

It starts once the records exist. The weeks are in your written proposal.

Whatever we build, you get a written proposal first, with the scope, the timeline and the quote. You pay nothing until you agree. See what moves the price.

Short and plain

What the law asks, and what your patients expect.

Two short lists for a small clinic. This is plain language, not legal advice.

The law

  • Patient details are personal data. Data protection laws, such as India’s DPDP Act, cover things like consent, privacy notices and data requests.
  • Moving old paper records into software needs the patient’s consent.
  • Rules that apply only to clinics, and how long records must be kept, are agreed in writing before we start.
  • On our side, we follow India’s data protection law (DPDP), sign a data processing agreement, and can keep your data in the country or region we agree in writing, such as India.

Your patients

  • A quick answer, and a person for anything medical or unclear. Every AI agent we build has rules for handing over to a person.
  • Privacy: reports and details open only for the right person.
  • Reminders they asked for, and no surprise messages.
  • A way to ask for their details to be corrected or removed.

In writing before we start

  • A signed data processing agreement
  • Data in the country or region you agree, on request
  • An NDA, on request
  • You own the code, accounts and documents
